I've got a boiler with a fanned flue (Worcester Bosch 28SI) and I need to fit an extractor fan on the same wall - what's the minimum distance I must have between it and the flue exit?

IMO it could be classed as an opening in the building structure which would require a minimum of 300mm from the flue.
