extractor fan wiring

Hi,

I have just bough a manrose extractor fan with humidity level and it has three wiring poles (L,N and switched L) where as the old extracotr has 4 sets (live, neutral, Switched L and ?????).... so where do I go now? What is this 4th wire??

Any help???
 
A bit impossible without being there..

So what was the 4th terminal marked as on the fan?
Does the yellow wire have any coloured sleeving on it?
What is the model number of the old fan?
