how will this work if the air outside the building is warmer?

I just want it to be cool in the loft and dont want to pay out mega bucks for air con, was told that a simple bathroom extractor fan will do the job, but thought that that would just get rid of warm air but i want to have cooler air coming in.
any help would be great

If you extract the warm air, then the cool air will find it's own way in passively through vents.

So suck the air out at one end and fit vents at the other, this will give you a through-flow of air. Don't use a bathroom extractor though, too small to make a difference in a loft. Consider a 150mm inline fan, stick it in an mdf box to keep the noise down.

Are you serious? you want to cool it down with out some sort of air cooler? Try taken the tiles and felt off! That should work. :D
