F.22 fault

My vaillant boiler has stopped working and is showing F.22 fault code. I read to turn the valves to get in water pressure but mines doesn’t appear to have any? HELP?!?!

any advice would be much appreciated

Remove the boxing in below the boiler, you may find the filling loop there
