fabric conditioner

I Have a Hotpoint washer which is 15 months old. The fabric conditioner empties as soon as the machine fills, it has only just started happening. I have tried all the usual things such as rinsing our the draer and making sure the machine is level. I wondered if anyone else has experienced this problem?? Thanks!!
