Fagor central heating boiler

I have a fagor boiler compact fe 24 e
when i swicth it on it just makes a buzz for a split seconed
no lights on the boiler
There is power at the pcb could it be the pcb it self

Boiler fault-finding takes a bit more investigation that that! You need to go through the diagnosis chart, and then apply some "interpretation".
