fault lights on Indesit WIL 123S washing machine

what is the fault if the time delay light is flashing along with the door lock lights which flashes rapidly.

The machine starts but as its about to spin it stops.

I checked if it was the spinning of the machine but it spins fine if i out it on the spin cycle.

any help on what the flashing lights signify would be great.
