hello hope you can help i have problem with hot water coming back up the feed pipe to the bolier.its coming back up to the feed and expansion tank making it over flow.ive tried turning pump down dosent work.there is a three way motorized valve there and the handle on it just moves freely.there was water coming out of the feed and expansion pipe also but when i turned the pump down that stoped but still back fills through the feed pipe on bottom of tank
