I have a terraced house and an extension with a flat roof. My neighbour when he smokes has the habit to throw his cigarette butt on my flat roof. Could it catch fire?

Not likely, however this neighbour should be talked to, flat roofs should either be clean (in the case of mineral felt finish) or clear of water absorbing materials (filter tipped butts) in the case of chips finish...pinenot
