fer industrie Falcon fault

Hi all this is my first time so dont know if i am asking this question in the correct section
I have a FER industrie Falcon boiler that has just broke down it wont ignite on water or central heating, when you turn the tap on you can hear the electrode sparking a few times then the boiler goes on lockout. Is there any common faults that would cause this problem?
I would apreciate any ideas thanks

There is a very obvious fault on the gas side with this boiler. You require an RGI for the repair.
