Feroli 77ff Combi Boiler Problem

Hi everyone,

Got an odd problem that i have luke warm water from 2 taps in house (bath & kitchen sink) and hot water from bath room sink. Also only have warm water from shower.

Very odd. I also get a fishy type smell from behind the bathroom - waste pipe i think, not sure these are connected.

The water problem is or probably connected with a knackered shower valve passing to the hot water side from the cold. try to isolate the shower feeds and try again.
It cannot be the boiler if any 1 tap is hot and another is cool.

The other problem is have you dropped a haddock down the back of the bog. Either that or a rat has keft it!
This fault is unlikely to be associated unless your water smells of fish aswell!

a fishy smell can be a sign of something electrical overheating, the last one i had was a switch for a shower

Could be just a poor combi output. If you measure the flow from each tap and adjust so they match, you'll get the same temp. More flow dilutes the heat, as it were.
