Ferroli 77ff air switch fault

Hi all, just found that my boiler had gone out for some reason, possibly due to the very high winds blowing back down flue.Re lit the pilot with no problem but when CH/HW is switched on the boiler wont ignite. the air switch seems to work when tested but im at a loss now. Could it be lack of vacuum for some reason? many thanks, Jim.
