ferroli domicompact F 24 B boiler problems

hello
my ferroli boiler keeps shutting down sometimes the fault display guide reads F3 and at other times reads F5 the engineer has been and said that he did not know how to remedy the fault he then rang ferroli who have not yet responded that was over 2 weeks ago.i emailed them today and they have replied and said they could not determine the fault from the info i gave even i am qouting display codes from there manual.they followed that up by saying ring there office and arrange a visit by an engineer,that all very well but has anyone got info re these fault codes so i can pass them on to my installer,just to add although the boiler i am still ok for hot water
