recently installed a modena & 6 rads & a towel rail
all rads av trv#s on & towel rail as 2 off lockshields on, but just lately ive noticed that 2 ov the trv#s are makeing noises like theyre 1/2 open ( jumping spindles ) even with the heads off this noise still occurs
any ideas plz........................

Are the TRV's Bi-directional ? .... sounds like they aren't and are fitted the wrong way round

If they ARE the right way round, the noise may just be due to excessive flow through the rads. try turning down the lockshields a bit - flow control is what they're for!.

yes there reversable flow & tried turning down the lockshields still the same

The maximum Differential pressure to ensure a reliable and quite Operation is 0.2 bar

fit an auto by-pass valve
