Ferroli Optimax 38 - Radiators not getting to temp

Hi

I've had an outstanding issue with my Ferroli Optimax HE 38C. The radiator temp won't go past 51 degrees. It simply sticks around this temp on low heat, it doesnt matter how high you set the radiator temp, it just stays around 51 degrees. The hot water gets to temp and is fine, no problem at all with the hot water temp.

The other notable issue is that I cannot put the boiler into summer mode (i.e. sun icon on display). Appreciate I don't want summer mode right now but thought I'd note in case this is a symptom of the root cause of the issue.

Hoping someone can help. House is freezing unless I have the hot water on from 5am to midnight!

Could be a diverter valve problem. If you turn the heating off and let the pipework go cold, then run a hot tap for a couple of minutes, does the central heating flow pipe get warm?
