I have a constant dripping from the condense outlet. This is causing the system pressure to drop below 1 bar after an hour or so. There is no apparent other leaks. Any help would be appreciated.

If you have the dripping when the boiler is not in use then almost certainly your heat exchanger is leaking and going down the condense pipework. This would also account for the drop in pressure. There are two heat exchangers and the secondary heat exch is the one that would be the problem. Not cheap.

even worse  there is only one heat exchanger and its expensive (I think its made of copper)probably cheaper to buy another domicompact and use it for spares .

There are TWO heat exchangers! The 1st being the twin pass main exchanger and the second being the secondary heat exchanger. If it was the main heat exch leaking then the water would be visible within the boiler case and if as I suspect it's the sec exch then it would display the symptoms you describe.Even worser!

even worserer  its my mistake, there are 2 heat exchangers, I thought you were talking about a plate heat ex, that will teach me to start thinking.
