1 / 1.618 = 0.618...
1 x 1.618 = 1.618...
1.618² = 2.618...
It is very interesting but it's just one of those things - like fractals.
The speaker in the (first) video sounds like someone here. That's what he thinks therefore it is proof of what he wants to prove.
The number is actually 1.6180339887498948482045868343656... so does look a bit random really.
It's just a linear or rectangular equivalent of pi - 3.1415926535897932384626433832795. It must mean something.

Watch out gas, you'll soon have Mike from London here harping on about
That was what he said it proved. One could even go far as to say it's the hallmark of a master designer.
and I replied:the Fibonacci sequence .....worth a debate
Are you kidding me gasbanni?
Explain please
Six months ago, one of the students I tutor asked if he could recount his understanding of the Fibonacci sequuence and allowing him to do so for the following 2 hours, I earned just under £100.00. Not once in that 2 hours did I have any reason to interrupt his flow and in retrospect, he could probably have spoken for a further 2 hours during which I would have listened intently, again without interruption. That student gasbanni, very bright, but by no means bordering on genius, was eight years old.

I fail to see the point or meaning of your post.Gasbanni said↑

I did not explain and gasbanni then raised the thread I am now replying to.
This will be my only reply in this thread.
A few weeks back gasbanni gave the advice that I should stick to mathematics.

Debate Fibanacci? Gasbanni, you are joking.
That certainly works both ways.Better not look at something that destroys your preferred beliefs and comfort zone.
Theres non so blind as them that won't see.
I'm getting g the impression you think it's nonsense.
If that's the case Im really puzzled.I seem to detect resentment of thd subject. I really am at a loss to understand why. Probably I suspect that you don't like the implications and so prefer to ignore the obvious conclusion. Better not look at something that destroys your preferred beliefs and comfort zone. There’s none so blind as them that won't see.
The above quote was part of a reply to a 6 year old post in which the poster said “You must be joking gasbanni”, when he, gasbanni, suggested that there should be a debate on the Fibonacci Sequence. You can only have a debate when 2 sides hold opposing points of view, the Brexit debate on this forum being an excellent example. It would appear that gasbanni, totally unaware of the OPs opinions on the Sequence, decided to create a set of opinions that may or may not be held by the OP. Perhaps the OP, rightly or wrongly, was of the opinion that gasbanni did not have the depth of knowledge required to debate the Fibonacci Sequence and that is why he replied “You must be joking gasbanni”.
