We have built our gutter between two roofs and are now ready to fibreglass the OSB. Is the correct way to bandage the joint between the base of the gutter and the upstands (at 35 degree angles), or should we nail a 'D260 wall fillet' trim to both the base and upstand and glass the entire trim in?

The trim will only stretch 100mm or so up the upstand, ideally we would want to glass the entire upstand (approx 250mm) and wonder whether glassing the entire trim could cause it to crack and therefore bandaging the joint only would be the better solution.

A second question if I may; the gutter spills onto tiles, I presume a lead apron at the end of the gutter and glass onto the lead? Should the lead be prepared in any way prior to this?
