54 plate fiesta Flame. stiff to get gears and always grinds when selecting reverse, Any ideas anybody ?

Sounds as though the clutch isn't disengaging properly, make sure you don't have a mat or something reducing the pedal travel, if not sounds like a clutch job, unless the cable is adjustable.

Wondered if it may be the clutch as the bite is right at the bottom, hopefully it may adjust
