I need to re fill the system on my boiler as the pressure gauge reads 0 and the boiler has overheated.

I've looked at the boiler and see the flexi hose but am a little unsure what to do next!

Is there anyone out there that can help? :?

Boiler is Potterton Stateman Flowsure + !!
