when you have a sub main you state it in the first row before circuit one. do you still have to fill out every box on the first row on the niceic forms?
If you mean you installed a submain from an already installed DB, then you should record just your submain circuit on the first circuit schedule + test results, and then have an additional circuit schedule + test results for the new DB installed.
Sijaysee, the first line is, as the others have said, to record the details of the circuit supplying the DB.
You may not have installed it, but you should test it and record the details on that first line. If you have installed it then you should have an identical line on the cert that you used for the DB at the origin. What you call it is up to you, but 'Supply to DB2' would work on both certs... provided you call it DB2, of course.
Remember, the cert is there for your protection in the event of any future proceedings against you... think of it as your 'notes made at the scene of the crime'.
