Hi there,

I'm trying to sort out my walls in my garage and have had the plasterboard up for a while.

I'd like to put up lining paper and paint that, but should I tape and fill the plasterboard joints before I apply the lining paper, or will a thick grade paper cover up any need for that? I'm a total newbie.

Also, when applying lining paper, how do you hide the corners of the plasterboard (in the corner of the room), do you fill that with tape and filler?

I'd hate to royally cock it up, which is a definite possibilty considering my history of laughable DIY ventures.
