Get one of these for Mrs filly and you’re good to go.I've a small chemical loo but from what I've seen on various youtube channels like 'vanlife' the 'special' plastic bottle is a must.
I had a Moho for about 5 years. they are expensive, but they don't depreciate much. Mine was a low mileage 6 berth similar to this.

I put 25k on it over that time and it cost me £1k per year in depreciation. Not sure if that is still the case now?

boat pics pleaseMines a 2013 with 67,000 on the clock, one good thing about vivaros is they're fully galvanised so rust isn't usually an issue. Trade in value on mine (I was looking at getting rid) is about £3k, cost of conversion will be about £3.5K and from what I've seen, value would be £10k min, If we do enjoy a little use, I'll flog it and get a slightly bigger van or at least the same with a high top and convert to a higher standard. A motorhome like your old one would be lovely but parking would be an issue, we can get the LWB van and the wifes Discovery on there but a morhome would be an issue.
Since stopping work I've built a dolls mansion, two wooden ships but I need a proper project I can get me teeth into, the camper just gives me some purpose in life..

Do you need that hop up to reach the ceiling?Next up, sound deadening panels stuck on, a rubber foam foil covered thermal/acoustic insulation and lastly a fleece insulation, similar to rockwool but made from recycled plastic, great stuff, doesn't itch.

The other thing to think about is a roof rack and ladder. So that you have more storage.
I bought a boat once about 1988/89 ish. It was a cabin cruiser with what was called a 'planing hull' I think? Had a big engine and the previous owner used to water ski with it. Probably about 16-18ft long and fitted on a trailer. Never slept on it but it could have slept two, very uncomfortably! Had a little cooker and sink on it too. Went out on the Thames a few times with mates - launched it at Bargehouse road in Woolwich and went up the Thames through the barrier and just past the Belfast. Also went up the river Lee/Lea? Fishing. After spending a fortune on life jackets at Mrs Motties insistence, she allowed me to take her, our kids, my mate, his wife and his kids out on it. They loved it and were looking forward to the next trip and then the Marchioness went down and I was told to get rid of it as they wouldn’t be going out on it ever again.boat pics please![]()
