Finger print scanner for website login?

Hi can anyone tell me if you can buy a fingerprint scanner for p.c to log into websites ?

you can buy a fingerprint scanner for the pc, so it's down to the website being able to interact with one.
Never heard of it myself.

Think you'll also need a bit of natty software to get the websites and scanner to be able to speak to each other.
