Hi. In a new self-build I have 9 Fire Angel HW1-R Smoke alarms, all wired up, I think, correctly.
This has been a long incremental build and smoke alarms have been added over time, but I had the wiring in place well in advance, and tested.

Over the weekend I put all the 9v batteries in and tested the test on each one, which successfully set off the test signal in all the others.
So far so good.
But when I turned on the mains they started doing test beeps, (two beeps then silence), and not all at the same time, so one would sound, then another, etc etc.
Fire Angel's tech support were comparatively useless, basically wanting to check that each indiviual unit was OK.

Could anyone come up with an idea why this might happen?
Please? Thanks

Who wired them up ? Are the interconnect wired correctly ?
Not a fan of fire angel devices

FireAngel? Sling them all in the bin. I wouldn't use them to grind up and grit the path with.
Cannot be trusted at all to save you and your family's lives in the event the worst happens.
You'd have more luck paying a squirrel to sit in your hallway and bang a pan with a wooden spoon if it smells smoke.

Get Aico alarms instead.

No, I don't work for Aico, I just had several years of nothing but trouble with FireAngel devices and even the manufacturer were sending me dud devices as warranty replacements.
