Fire fighter.....

So you dont agree with facts...........oh dear

You have been posting falsehoods

You said he was sacked for not stopping staff using the word fireman

neither of those things are true
Who said they are facts? Have jury's, judges, tribunals never got it wrong? Why dont we bring back the death penalty if it's always spot on?

Saying that wasn't it you saying not long ago we cant bring back the death penalty for that reason?

Instead of getting annoyed please focus your energy in learning how to research properly................otherwise you will keep on being wrong
Not annoyed I just dont agree with you, isnt it nice that thats allowed :)

they are simply the facts of the case

the points in question have nothing to do with the tribunal

FACT 1
you claimed that Simon Bailey was sacked, he was not

FACT 2
you claimed that Simon Bailey was sacked because he did not stop use of the word "fireman" the case was about bullying not just the use of a word

you can go around in circles all you like, you wont be able to alter those basic facts

Not sacked then jumped before pushed...

I will never ever come round to your way of thinking.

Now we've agreed to disagree, I still dont think he deserved to lose his job.

its got nothing to do with me, you are choosing to not agree with facts

You can choose to not agree with facts.............it is your freedom to be a fool

Facts how, it's been agreed by people who I think got it wrong

Another ad-hom, calm down, people cant always agree with each other, that's the beauty of it all.
you are disagreeing with facts

such a person is a fool

Do you think workplace bullying and intimidation is acceptable?
do you think staff have a right to report it if they suffer that?

here you are again pushing lies -are you going to acknowledge that fact?

the case was about workplace bullying culture

"It found she had been subjected to “persistent” derogatory and offensive comments from two managers at the service, and she told the tribunal that the workplace culture at the service was openly misogynistic and discriminatory."
But it's only women

They shouldn't be in a mans environment.

Some old fashioned prejudices prevalent in this forum.

Always the rwr too

Did he deserve to lose his job, I think no, you?
I think he should’ve been offered more training

It sounds like he was a great firefighter but a not very good manager, who was unable to provide leadership to staff.
