There are many lamps that are low profile that can be fixed to the ceiling with the only "puncture" in the plaster board being the hole for the cable(s)

There are many lamps that are low profile that can be fixed to the ceiling with the only "puncture" in the plaster board being the hole for the cable(s)
I'm not going to debate this with you. It's a round hole in the ceiling that shines lights down. Call it a spot light or a wide angled downright, I don't really care. The question is about the insulation above it not the type of light it displays.
