Firenzi intergrated FIDW42 not working

I have a Firenzi FIDW 42 dish washer which stopped working its about 3yrs old put has rarely been used. There are no lights on indicator panel on the top of the door, but when I keep the on/off switch pressed on I van step on the program lights but as soon as I release all lights go out, its as if there is a problem with the programmer or is the someway this needs a reset?

Hi your dishwasher is actually a zanussi in disguise and the on/off switch has failed however this is integrated on the the main circuit board within the door . On the internet a company called E-spares list the circuit board at £82 but i would be inclined to remove the circuit board take it to an electronic repair shop local to you to see if they can replace the switch on the board thus saving you ££££ 's
