Intergrated Dishwasher refitting front

I had to take the front off my intergrated dish washer today and cant get the thing back on it, its a Hygina AHY8101. The cupboard front that goes on has four clips on, looks like I line it up with the dish washer front that has 4 places for the clips to go and I push the door up. Thing is the door weighs so much it just comes off. Before I stick it on with no-more-nails Im I missing something here ? I spent 2hrs trying to get the front back on I know I can un-screw the metal front of the dishwasher, am I supposed to take that off attach the cupboard to it then screw the metal front back on with the cupboard attached ?

Normally screwed right thru from inside along door edge to secure once clipped in place.
