First and second fix

Hi.

Can someone please tell me what % of the total cost should be paid for first and second fix, plumbing and electrics.

New build.

3 bed Dormer Bungalow.

I just wanted a rough rule of thumb. I have been told roughly 70% for first fix and 30% second fix.
