first fix for bar shower

What height do people bring out shower pipes for bar showers from the floor, is it 1200mm. I Know they need to be 150mm centers.

I do a lot of new builds & it's crazy, but the spec is generally 1300mm above the shower tray!!
1000mm is much more realistic.

They put them high to avoid the handset going in the tray for back-siphonage. Load of **** really, who ever fits those things to hold the pipe so that you can't lower it? . How the hell are you supposed to rinse the glass after if it's stuck in there? Anywhere from 1 to 1.2m sounds right to me.
