I'm currently fitting a kitchen and as normal the walls are slightly out and I am joining the worktops with a masons mitre which is my first time doing them!

I have done all the mitres and triple checked all measurements to make sure they are right

Once I have done the mitres some parts of the worktop look great where as others look a bit naff!

I have not sealed and bolted them up yet but pushed them together

The question is with the very slight gap I have will this close up when bolting up? Or do I have to do some more work to make them spot on?

The pics actually make them look worse than they are!

You could sand gently but looks like a bit of colour fill will sort .

Cheers I have already had a little sand in places which helped a lot

I have used colour fill bolted them up and I am extremely happy with the result especially for a first time mitre which aren't square!

I have seen worse by "pro's" this doesn't mean I will be rushing to do some more though
