Fit shower door or silicon first??

I've built a shower cubicle ie: 3 tiled walls 1 door

The shower door/frame has 2 separate metal post which screw to the wall and the door frame screws to that

I dont think it matters?? but should i silicon the tiles to the shower tray then fit the frame or fit frame then silicon
