hi
Im working away at renovating my bathroom and will be replacing the existing sink unit with something i intend to make myself. The photo below gives you an idea of where it will sit. It will run the length of the wall that the current unit is on and will obviously house a new basin (where the existing one is with storage beneath and to the left under the window. The unit will be tiled over to match the walls.
My question is, to get a proper fitted look and feel, should i build by battening the (back and left side) to the wall and build off of that, in other words, build it in situ or should i build it, then install it; screw to walls etc?
Hope that makes sense?! Sorry if my terminology is out!
Thanks in advance for any thoughts or advice.
Andrew
