Fitted new Acuator when I put CH on the HW comes on as well

Hi can anybody help,

I have just fitted a new acuator to my potterton system. The accuator is the exact same as the old one so I have matched the new wires to the old ones. But now when I put the CH on the HW comes on as well, I can also put the HW on by itself.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
