Fitting 1000 full length wall units

Iv'e had the kitchen wall replastered. The builder has dabbed plasterboards on to the original bricks.
Whats the best fixing for me to use to fix the brackets to the wall to hold cabinets. Am i best going through the plasterboard and into the original wall. If so what with.
The cabinets hook on to the brackets.
