Fitting a garage door

I am looking into replacing an old single garage door.
While looking into the task required, can anyone tell me if 1 person (i.e me) can manhandle and fit a garage door with it's metal frame? or is it a 2 or more person job?

The opening is also out of square. Hormann doors allow fitting the sub-frame on the inside of the garage's piers. Do all makes of door allow that?

also, are there any door makes to avoid?
