Fitting a garden tap from polypipe

Hello, a house renovation meant my garden tap vanished, the new pipework insode the new extension is polypipe.

I'd like to put in a garden tap, I've done one once befopre using a diy kit using a self cutting tap to the copper pipe

What's the besy way to do it from polypipe? I can T it ok but what part would connect it to the garden tap?

And what's the best way to tackle it really? I'm not good with the unknown

T into existing pipe
use poly 15mm pipe
add a pushfit isolation valve inside house
push 15mm pipe into a compression tap back plate
screw outside tap into tap backplate (bit that screws to wall - sometimes part of tap itself)

use inserts in ends of poly pipe always whenever connecting to anything
