Just looking for some advice on how to fit this 150mm pull out storage basket into this tight kitchen space.

I’m likely being a bit dumb but for the life of me can’t figure out how I’m supposed to drill/screw the two brackets for this inside here because of how little space there is to get in there.

A right angled drill attachment comes to mind and any stubby screwdriver will do. I think I'd be more interested in getting the holes in exactly the right place to make sure everything lines up. Perhaps make a template with a thin sheet of board (mdf plywood or whatever) the exact same depth as the side panel (only needs to be slightly taller than the top row of hinge screws) and then you can mark and drill the exact hole positions on that, then slide that into the recess and just drill through it into the side panel.

Rather than fight to get your hands in, I'd drill thru from the adjoining cupboard and then cover the holes with plastic cover plugs. A long-bladed driver will soon get the job done.

Cheap option, use a 1/4" ratchet driver with a screwdriver bit. A bradawl for the pilot holes.
