Fitting a new element to a ACOVA electric towel rail

I have a ACOVA electric heated towel rail (MOdel Z21920)(I guess oil filled) I suspect the heating element has gone. (CHecked the thermostat and switch and that seems ok. Two questions:
1. Has anyone had experience of getting ACOVA Spares
2. How easy is it to fit a new heating element into an ACOVA Towel rail?
