Acova towel warmer element.

Does anyone know of a supplier for the Acova range spares? I need a 600W element for an oil filled towel rail.

last repair i done on an acova, got the spare direct from manufacturer
01252 531207, some off these have built in remote units, right pain in the backside, pretty long winded

Ah yes, one of my installers accidently ran one of these dry during a powerflush and blew the element up. It turned out we had turned off the fused spur for the electric UFH not the towel rail - they weren't labelled.

It was one of the remote infra red ones and the replacement took the distributor three goes to get right and two months.

The cost was incredible. Acova are a Masco company (eg: Bristan etc) and I think they are exported from the USA.

This is a remote infra red one. I have replaced the element a few years back, but I don't remember where I bought it from.
