fitting a velux

i have 2 velux P10's which i want to fit next to each other. The attic is stripped out so everything is free and clear to work on.

i am not sure if i should position them together or slightly apart.

if it is apart, what is the minimum distance apart they have to sit?

i have 2 flasjing kits, but if i put them together do i need a special joining flashing ?

you will need a combination flashing for between the windows.

yes, they have confirmed i need an ekl 0021e coupled.

On a side note, if you're going to be modifing the existing roof structure, then you may have to apply for a BR application. If you had trusses at 600mm c/c, then you could get Velux's to fit between the trusses without having to modify them.

I am converting my attic and the notice is in.

my velux's frames are 940mm wide.
