The wife wants me to fit the washing machine on the other side of the kitchen, so she can put a new dishwasher close to the sink.
In order to do this, I would need to run a cold feed and waste pipe around perimeter of the kitchen, through the cupboards and the back of the cooker.
It seems the previous owners had the same idea as the holes for this are already in-place. I estimate that the hoses will need to be a minimum of 5 meters in length.

My question is, what should I be concerned with when fitting these hoses? I will need to couple them at least once, but do I need to worry about heights and levels, or blockages?
I'm also wary of putting a hose behind the electric cooker, as this naturally rings a few alarm bells.

Any thoughts, ideas or suggestions?

Well you wouldnt use long hoses !

Plumb the water supplies to it in copper or plastic then use hose(s) as usual ,
waste might be tricky getting a fall, but if its on an external wall can you run the waste externally by going through the wall or if its a raised floor in the kitchen go under the floor and then through the wall !
