fitting an extra towel radiator in bathroom?

Hi, Im wanting to fit a towel radiator in the downstairs bathroom on the wall opposite an existing radiator. My plan is to tap into the flow and return for the existing radiator and run the pipes under the floor to feed the new towel radiator. would anyone see any problems with this? didnt know if it would affect the flow to the existing radiator?
