Fitting Carpet Grippers On Concrete

Hi,

I am fitting Carpet Grippers (Royale Carpet Grippers) in a number of rooms.
I need to fit Grippers where there are concrete hearths, but I am unsure of the best secure way to do it.

Soudal 'Grip All' is supposed to provide a strong bond on concrete, but I am uncertain. Not keen on doing the job twice.

Can anyone advise on this, please?.

Most Pro's will be using Rewmar Flexy Fix Adhesive, It's widely available, if you can't get it then Gripp Fill will be fine but you'll have to allow a few hours for it to go off before fitting.

I have been pondering this issue with a similar problem myself.
While Flexyfix may be a quick fix with a 30 minute curing time, how long does this stuff last before it comes off after the pro has gone home?
My stone stairs had the grippers screwed in, I really do not want a quick fix spray/tube adhesive that comes off after months to a year etc.
