fitting slightly over heated

if you badly over heat a fitting I know u have to cut out or disassemble and start again but if you only slightly over heating it is it ok to brush flux around the fitting and put flux on the end of your solder. To make it run
 
yes if it solders correctly. If your learning soldering its best not use a turbo type torch but use a smaller flame.
 
It really comes down to testing at the end of the day. If it's run ok then chances are it will be fine tho the proof is in the test.
 
Just looked one leg of the tee on both fittings hasn't totally. Do I re heat or cut out?
 
Do remember that even if the solder hasn't run to the top of the fitting, if it was cleaned and fluxed well then chances are it has run round the whole fitting and will be fine. Trusting to that is an experience thing.

If unhappy then at the area that it hasn't taken, squish some flux into it, flux the solder and re-apply. Again though, it is important to test, especially 1st fix that will be hidden.
