Fitting UFH in concrete screed

Hello

Am fitting Under Floor heating using push-fit pipe. My question is does the system need to be pressurised before the screed goes down?
 
Don`t know if push-fit is a good idea but yes or it will be a bit late to find you have a leak.
 
Yes it needs to be filled with water and pressurised to the pipe manufacturer's specified test pressure
