Fix soft close kitchen drawer

Hi - B&Q soft close kitchen drawer no longer soft closes. Any ideas how I may fix this please ? Other drawers in the unit close themselves from about 1cm from the unit - except one which needs to be fully pushed in by hand.

You'll need new runners.
Get better ones, blum, hafele, etc.
