Fixing a subfloor to concrete

I need to fix a subfloor to concrete in my bathroom to run some pipework and was wondering what is the best method for fixing it to the floor. I've been told that a construction adhesive would work but am unsure on what type to use. Any advice or different methods would be greatly appreciated.
