Fixing insulated panels together

Hi.

Can someone please tell me the best way of fixing a 40mm thick insulated panel together at a 90 degree angle.

I want to make a kennel for my dog, but cannot think of what fixing will let me fix a steel edge to foam insulation.

Are you saying that the kennel will be a steel frame? If so then just make up your frame and cut the insulation in tight with a bit of silicon if absolutely necassary.

No need to fix foam to itself , it's held there by internal wall.

They are insulated panels.

40mm rigid insulation sandwiched between thin galv.

It's at the 90 degree corners where the one panel will have galv meeting the end of the other panel which will be insulation.

Oh right I see now (I think).
Best bet then would be some thinish angle. This would need to be the thickness of the panel plus about 20mm or so and then tec screwed to the panels definately on the outside to cover up the end of the insulation and possible sealed with a bead of silicon and if you require it to be as strong as possible fix a piece on the inside of your right angle as well. The internal angle won't need to be as large as the external of course.
